What We Do

Bay Area Saws & Service is a saw sharpening shop that specializes in benching, tensioning, repairing and sharpening large band saws for lumberyards and mills.

We also offer sharpening of round saws, chainsaws, planer blades, drill bits, handsaws and miscellaneous items. We offer a variety of round saw blades, dado sets, band saws (large industrial and small home use), and planer blades. Really, we sharpen and sell so many blade types that it's impossible to list them all.

Our goal is to provide all of our customers with excellent service and professional sharpening of all their woodworking tools. We strive for complete customer satisfaction because we know if we do an excellent job for you, then you will give us your repeat business and refer us to your friends.

All our sharpening is done with precision equipment that restores your tool's cutting edges to like new condition.

We accept big or small sharpening jobs from all over the country and we usually turn each project around in 1 to 3 days from the day we receive your order.
